Player/Team averages will be taken from the DartConnect 3DA and calculated to provide a starting score for each player/team.

NB: Fields with (*) are mandatory when submitting.

Players to arrive to sign in between 6:30pm and 7:00pm with debrief at 7pm on evening activities.

Event commences after debrief or at 7:15pm latest.
